Entrepreneur Tim Hayden of Hagley West Watches: The Three Things That Mostly Helped Your Business Succeed

I had the pleasure of interviewing Tim Hayden.

Tim Hayden was born in Solihull Uk left in his 20’s moved south to Hertfordshire.

After school Tim wanted to earn money and was keen on being successful. Very motivated to be successful.

Worked for Pitney Bowes in his 20’s in sales and sales management was very successful in this field — then went on to work in software and IT (information technology).

In his 30’s, Tim started his first ever business in IT. Wanted to be a businessman In his 20s he thought others were owners and that he had to go out and just get a job and work 9–5 but always knew he wanted to be an owner. At the age of 30 bought into one of his friends business.(1st business) and since then never looked back on his entrepreneurial journey.

Has 2 boys and loves Cricket the sport and is incorporating cricket into Hagley West Watches — the brand includes cricketers as brand ambassadors, spokespeople and investors.
